- Provide players with the opportunities to learn, develop, and improve their baseball skills every day. Each Coach has an open mind and we look to not only develop young people, but we are always looking to educate and better ourselves as a Coaching staff.

 

- Provide each player with an atmosphere that encourages mental, social, and emotional maturity through a family and fun environment of playing the game the right way.

 

- Field successful teams at all levels, with the overall goal of improving as a team....winning and losing is important to us, but if our teams are better by the end of the season from where they have started and we competed, then we have done our job as a coaching staff.

 

- Prepare players for high school and college advancement through the staff that has played and been involved at the college level and some pro. Our Coaching staff has connections to College Coaches, and pro area scouts. We cannot promise that any player will go to the nxt level because that is ridiculous to say, but we can definitely put players in a position to be seen, they have to do the work to get to the next level.

 

Philosophy Statement:

The Carter Elite Baseball Club focuses on consistent hard work and and motivating players to become better athletes and young men. We believe in pushing your teammates to be better through a family mentality, picking them up when they are down, and always believing in each other and selves. Character is revealed in times of adversity and baseball provides that adversity. By putting these young baseball players in extremely competitive situations, we help them develop their character which will benefit them not only in baseball, but in the game of life.
